The Role Of Human Capital In The Global Innovation Index, Shoira Asamkhodjaeva

The article describes the content of human capital and the nature of investments in it, the role of a number of indices in determining the level of development of human capital in the world, including the Global Innovation Index, its main factors and indicators. Also, the aspects of Uzbekistan in the Global Innovation Index related to human capital were studied and analyzed. The strengths and weaknesses of Uzbekistan in this index were observed, conclusions were drawn and recommendations and suggestions were made to strengthen the country’s position in the index.
