Chinese steel is also relevant to how China treats steel imports. China—HP-SSST involves an antidumping investigation conducted by Chinese authorities to determine whether European and Japanese manufacturers were dumping HP-SSSTs in China. This case comment presents an overview of China—HP-SSST. It focuses on the current Chinese injury analysis under WTO and Chinese law.
