The aim of the present study is to evaluate a proposed training program to improve the competences of UNRWA's teachers in the blended learning in North West Bank, for this purpose the researchers usedaquasi-experimental design of two groups with pre-test and post-test. This study aims to examine the effect of using blending learning strategies on achievement and attitudes of the eighth grade science students at Irbid' Directorate of education. The sample of the study consisted of (138) students. In order to achieve the objectives of the study addition, the researcher prepared and used attitudes scale towards science after examining its validity. This study aimed to address the problem of 10th grade students’ weakness in reading maps in geography in Palestine through developing a computerized tutorial based on interactive multimedia and blending it into student learning of a unit on (The continent of Latin America).
