Reimagining Evangelism At East County Church Of Christ: Nurturing Individuals In The Art Of Narrative Evangelism, Mark Love

This doctor of ministry project addresses issues related to evangelism at the East County Church of Christ in Gresham, Oregon. At the inception of this project, East County possessed conflicting notions with regard to evangelism. Early congregational understandings reflected a non-sectarian, innovative spirit, supportive of a lean, missional ecclesiology. Recent years, however, brought difficult experiences directly related to notions of evangelism. The recent firing of a minister called into question the congregation's commitment to evangelism.
