Design work from the 1983 fall semester, Studio Martin Price, School of Architecture, The University of Texas at Arlington. Student Centre. Jay Hoffman and Darrel Fields. The challenge for the project was to site a student centre at the heart of the UTA campus without impeding upon one of its few green open spaces. This is achieved by creating a profile that folds the land into the sky to a height that responds to the adjacent buildings.
