American Indian Treaties and laws are only followed when they benefit
the government, meaning they don't apply any other time. Only certain
sections are deemed valuable, and the parts that could incriminate the
government are omitted. This paper discusses the content of American
Indian Laws and treaties and the crippling effects they have had on
Indian country. Furthermore, this paper goes in depth on the cultural
advances made even with such restraints. Much work has been done
on the issues of cultural injustice, but there are very little works done on
