Resolved, That His Excellency Ambrose E. Burnside, William Binney, of Providence, William Grosvenor, of North Providence, Rowlund G. Hazard, of South Kingstown, James DeWolf Perry, of Bristol, Pardon W. Stevens, of Newport, and John B.
