The purpose of the study is to explore the present status, contents, and features that are used for user communication of private university library websites (PULW) in Dhaka city, Bangladesh. To ensure representativeness, purposively select twenty-two (22) private university libraries that have dedicated websites. A checklist contained sixty-one (61) items divided into ten (10) categories, and interview methods were followed for authenticity and reliability of data. Data were interpreted by using software such as Bibexcel, Vosviewer, and tabulated using MS Excel. The results indicated that 8103 papers were published during 2016 - 2020 and the highest number of publications 2067 (25.51%) was produced in 2020. The use of mobile phones among stakeholders in Ghana in communication agricultural related information is gaining grounds. The findings show that farmers in the Ho West District of Ghana are beginning to adhere to the dictates of technology to enhance information delivery for their farming activities. The study shows factors such as level of education, income levels have a direct correlation to the use of the technology. Despite these, it is still the case that mobile penetration into agricultural communication is receiving attention from farmers.
