This empirical research paper investigates the prime performing age of NBA players from the perspective of General Managers. The study aims to identify the age range in which players are most effective on the court and to determine if there is a significant relationship between age and player performance. Player performance statistics data was collected from ESPN and analyzed to help determine at what age players reach their prime productivity levels for a team.
