Knowledge Acquisition Processes: Understanding The Communication Event, Richard Jack Ulrey Jr.

This research project’s two key discoveries offer new insights into Huber’s (1991) KA sub-processes (congenital learning, experimental learning, vicarious learning, grafting, and searching) and understanding the key elements (who, what, when, where, why, and how) of communication events.
