The article analyzes the factors of free civil society, restoration of the secular state in Uzbekistan. To date, the principles, legal foundations of the state and civil society of legal democracy, which are being restored in our country, have been developed and studied in support of our people. Local and foreign non-governmental, non-profit organizations and other institutions of civil society operating in our country today are shown in the discrete manner of trying to conduct business in accordance with new needs and requirements.
