Since 2012 there have been two alumni studies done at the University of Maine at Machias, one in 2012 and one in 2014. These studies were done to get feedback about the Psychology and Community Studies program. The previous studies focused on minors and certificates that the program could add that students might be interested in and overall satisfaction with the program. The 2014 study found that alumni are overall satisfied with the program and the skills that they developed to use in the workforce.
