The article is devoted to the results of the High-level International Conference on Afghanistan “Peace process, security cooperation and regional cooperation”. The article analyzes, comments and assessments of leading foreign analysts and researchers on the significance of the forum and the Tashkent Declaration adopted on its results for regional and global security and stability. The author notes that only negotiations can lead to the ultimate goal and make Afghanistan a stable, united and developing country.
