هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف عل ى أثر ممارسات إدارة الموارد البشرية )تخطيط القوى العاملة، الاختيار والتعيين، التدريب والتطوير، التعويضات والحوافز، وتقييم الأدا ء( في رضا العاملين ف ي الجامعات الحكومية في إمارة أبوظب ي. وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من 146 موظفا من جامعة الإمارات، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قامت الباحثة بالاعتماد على الاستبانة المحكمة لجمع وبرنامج Excel البيانات، وقد تم تحليل البيانات واختبار الفرضيات اعتمادا على كل من برنامج للحزم الاجتماعية. وتظهر صعوبة الدراسة في تحديد رضا العاملين وأبعاد قياس رضاهم SPSS من عدة ممارسات وتحديد هذه الممارسات من عدة جوانب مختلفة وعليه سيتم إلقاء الضوء على الأبعاد المتعلقة بهذه …

Abstract

These poems are about the first hand witnessing of the Balkan war and its visceral repercussions, ripping of families across generations and continents due to religious intolerance, and an identity crisis within the diaspora of the former Yugoslav people. They interact with appeals of loss, in terms of bodies, memory, and material, despair within the identity of the self in and outside of religion, and the perception of love and belonging, but not necessarily in that order. This thesis research set out to examine the factors which have contributed to curriculum evolution at the National Bakery School, Technologicl University Dublin (DIT) from 1998 to 2008. It focused on a number of dimensions which have contributed to a radical shift in curriculum. Those dimensions include biographical, cultural, micro-political, structural, socio-historical, technological and scientific. The research design was essentially a hermeneutical, interpretative case study using qualitative data gathering techniques. The primary research methods employed were interviews conducted with lecturing staff, and a survey conducted with students travelling to Germany for continuing professional development.
