Purpose: I-PRF was found to be effective in wound healing and bone regeneration, thus the purpose of this study was carried out to evaluate clinically and radiographically Injectable Platelet Rich Fibrin (I-PRF) around the immediate dental implant in the esthetic zone with xenograft. Material and methods: A total of twelve patients with unrestorable tooth/teeth in the esthetic zone were involved in this study.
