Background: Patients with ischemic heart disease undergo coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) procedures; many modifications, including as the anastomosing technique, have been introduced to improve long-term clinical outcomes.

Aim of Study: In order to assess the effectiveness and results of sequential grafting for multiple coronary artery bypass.

Patients and Methods: It is a prospective, randomized study, conducted from April 2021 to June 2022 at Cardiothoracic Surgery Departments, Al-Azhar University Hospitals, Egypt, in Cairo. 40 patients with multi-vessel coronary artery disease were among the 40 patients who were ready for sequential CABG. Background:After their insertion, prosthetic valves—either mechanical or biological—have some drawbacks. There are many challenging events that lead to dysfunction of prothesis, such as formation of a thrombus or pannus, para-valvular leakage, and developing cardiac infections after the prosthesis, like endocarditis. Objective:to assess factors that are responsible for malfunction of prosthetic cardiac valves;in addition, assessment of post-operative mortality and morbidity of those patients.
