The purpose of this quantitative study was to determine the relationship between the ATI Comprehensive Predictor and NCLEX-RN success on first attempt for the ADN program at a consortium of three community colleges in the foothills of North Carolina. The population sample consisted of graduates from the associate degree consortium of three community colleges in the foothills of North Carolina in 2014-2015 that have made one attempt at NCLEX-RN.
