One of the local wisdom that characterizes the Rancakalong Sumedang community, is the art of Tarawangsa, which is in the form of music that accompanies the Ngalaksa Traditional Ceremony and Farm Tradition Culture. The interaction which occurs when the Ngalaksa Traditional Ceremony takes place is one of the communication spaces for residents in exchanging information, strengthening friendship and ritual communication infrastructure in honor of Dewi Pohaci as the Padi goddess. Digital addiction referred to an impulse control disorder that involves the obsessive use of digital devices, digital technologies, and digital platforms, i.e. internet, video game, online platforms, mobile devices, digital gadgets, and social network platform. Violent agitations for the secession of South-East from Nigeria is one of the conflict situations that has continued to persist, even after the civil war. The conflict is shredded in political and ethic alignments, thus threatening to drive the country into a second civil war. Even though the growth of radio networks in Indonesia has only reached number 15, these networks have branches in all major cities by transferring the ownership of local radios. Radio network is regulated but only in terms of quantity and share of ownership. Broadcast licenses are issued only for limited areas, but with the development of technology, broadcast coverage area becomes unlimited.
