The Influence Of Modifying Methods On The Adsorption Of Methylene Blue By Moringa Oleifera Seed Shelling Biochar, Dong Cheng, Li Mei-Ping, Guo Cai-Xia, Yu Li-Gang

Food and Machinery

Objective: The adsorption performance of the seed-shell biochar from Moringa oleifera prepared under different technological conditions on methylene blue was investigated in this study. Methods: The magnetic seed shelling biochar (Fe3O4-MOS) and modified seed shelling biochar (KOH-MOS) were prepared by ultrasonic-assisted K2CO3-Fe3O4 co-impregnation pyrolysis and KOH impregnation pyrolysis at 1 000 ℃, respectively. The physicochemical properties of the samples were characterized by XRD, SEM and FTIR. On this basis, the adsorption characteristics of the two kinds of biochar for methylene blue (MB) solution were determined by equilibrium adsorption method. …

The Determination Of Residues Of Bentazone And Its Metabolites In Rice And Wheat Flour By High-Performance Liquid Chromatography-Ms/Ms, Liu Di, Yang Qing, Han Li, Yu Ting-Ting, Cao Qi, Jiang Feng, Wang Hui-Xia

Food and Machinery

A general QuEChERS purification method was used to establish an HPLC-MS/MS method for the determination of Bentazone and its metabolites 6-hydroxymetazone and 8-hydroxymetazone residues in rice and flour. The results showed that the calibration curves had a good linear relationship between bentazone and its metabolites in the range of 0.1 to 100.0 μg/kg, and the linear correlation coefficients (R2) were all greater than 0.995, with the limits of quantification were all 0.2 μg/kg. Methods at the levels of 0.2 μg/kg, 0.4 μg/kg and 2 μg/kg, the average recovery rates were between 89.6% and 106.9%, and the relative standard …
