People who used the University of Sargodha library were asked what they thought about Cloud Computing for the study. The goal of this study was to find out more about how people feel about cloud computing in general and how well they understand it. Information was sought on the level of collaboration between academic libraries and known key players championing the prevention and control of COVID-19, the activities carried out in compliance with set protocols, information services offered, and the challenges faced. Results showed moderate level of collaboration and very limited direct synergistic interaction with public health groups, while they provided patrons with an avenue to source updates from library websites. This research article reports the findings of a survey that was conducted at two community colleges affiliated with a large public university system in the Northeast of the United States. A survey was to explore community college students’ citation management help- seeking habits. Findings suggest that respondents were more likely to utilize Purdue University’s Online Writing Lab (OWL) website for reference management help than other resources. The results also show the impact of various factors (i.e., institution, academic level, undergraduate class level, field of study, age, gender, race/ethnicity, and user type) on students’ citation help -seeking practices. This study, carried out at Uganda College of Commerce, Tororo Uganda examined the reading habits of students in the digital era in order to propose strategies for enhanced library and information services provision.

Design/methodology/approach

This study utilized cross-sectional survey design with mixed-methods approach. Data were collected using questionnaire and interview. Quantitative and qualitative data analysis was performed using the Statistical Package for Social Scientists (SPSS) and thematic analysis respectively. Purpose – The purpose of the research is to explore library patrons' and leaders' perspectives regarding the key challenges facing during COVID-19 and issues to be addressed in managing libraries in the UAE.

Design/methodology/approach– The researchers collected 300 patrons' and 50 library leaders' opinions by administering two types of questionnaires that tested its reliability and validity by implementing Cronbach Alpha and Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) tests. Abstract

This study investigated the influence of organisational culture on job satisfaction of library personnel in selected academic libraries in three States in South-west, Nigeria. Relevant literature on organisational culture and library organization effectiveness, job satisfaction of library personnel performance; organizational culture and job satisfaction of library personnel was reviewed. The descriptive research design of the survey type was adopted for this study. The study aims to investigate the use of social media for promoting library and information resources and services in academic libraries in Ekiti and Ondo States, Nigeria. A descriptive research design was used for the study. The population of the study was fifty-seven (57) academic librarians. A total enumeration sampling technique was adopted for the study.
