There's no getting around the fact that apps on smart phones and tablet computers are changing the way information is accessed. As a result, many federal government agencies now publish mobile apps. This poster aims to make librarians aware of the ten most popular government apps, assess their applicability to the academic environment, and evaluate the value in adding these apps to a librarian's toolkit.
