She is currently a Fulbright Scholar at the University of Washington School of Law. Dr. Nosyreva received Doctorate in Arbitration Proceedings from the Russian Academy of Sciences, State and Law Institute, Moscow and also graduated from Voronezh State University School of Law, Russia. She also completed the Professional Mediation Skills Training Program at the University of Washington School of Law.
