This collection consists of two binders of family group sheets and pedigree charts of Scott-Adams family, including Mackley/Magli, Ostertag, Kimberly and Phillips families, dating 1516-1974. Locations include England; Switzerland; Germany; Amelia, Lunenberg, Bedford, and Henrico counties in Virginia.; and Pike, Lawrence and Scioto counties in Ohio.

The collection is divided into three series: Series 1: Papers, Series 2: Photographs, and Series 3: Items. This collection consists of four pedigree charts beginning with Joseph McKibben (deceased 1801). Included are 4 sequential blueprint sheets with the family genealogy prepared by Hugh L. McKibben of Sewickley, Pennsylvania in 1935 for the annual McKibben reunion. The first sheet begins with Joseph McKibben and fourth sheet goes to the seventh generation of McKibbens, bringing it to the then present day of 1935.

This collection consists of a tintype photograph with the following inscription: “(Tintype) Tintype picture of our family and father in Civil War uniform.” Tissue paper enclosed with the tintype contained the note "Elmer Pritchard's Fathers Picture". Also included in the collection are copies of the family’s family bible records as well as scanned copies of John A. Pritchard’s military records.

Nelson Slade Bond had a varied writing career that spanned 70 years. Primarily known for science fiction short stories, Bond also wrote plays, radio and television scripts, newspaper and magazine articles, poetry, public relations material, and books. The collection reflects the author's professional and personal lives consisting of writings, correspondence, business papers and financial records from 1925 to 2005. The collection was donated in four installments during and after Bond’s life from April 2006 to September 2007. The collection consists of paper materials related to the Bokair family, especially Ellen Kathryn Bokair. Items include student newspapers, concert programs, and other memorabilia related to Huntington High School during the mid-1950s, as well as letters to Ellen Kathryn from Job’s Daughters and the American Business Women’s Association. Information on other members of the Bokair family is minimal and includes a wedding invitation, report cards, a ceremony pamphlet, letter, and a newspaper article. While the collection spans the years, 1916-1971, the bulk of items date from the 1950s and 1960s.
