Together, all of the scientists associated with the CRSF brought a total of $1.85 million in outside revenue to support forest research in Maine and the northern forest. Of that, $1.36 million (or 73%) was spent directly on the research. The Maine Economic Improvement Fund (MEIF) provides base operating funds for the CRSF. The $144K investment by MEIF this year leveraged another $1.71 million from outside sources to support the CRSF mission; thus providing a 12:1 return. Fall Enrollment 2014-15, Uno Office Of Institutional Effectiveness

IPEDS Fall Enrollment

The Fall Enrollment component collects student enrollment counts by level of student, enrollment status, gender and race/ethnicity. In addition, first-time student retention rates and the student-to-faculty ratio are collected. Every other year data on residence of first-time undergraduates is required and in opposite years, enrollment by student age is required to be reported.

IPEDS Graduation Rate

IPEDS Graduation Rates annual report contains the following information:

• Numbers of students entering the institution as full-time, first-time, degree or certificate-seeking in a particular year (cohort), by race/ethnicity and gender
• Number completing within 150% of normal time to program completion
• Number transferred to other institutions
• Developed to help institutions comply with requirements of Student Right-to-know
• Worksheets are provided to calculate rates

IPEDS Admissions

IPEDS Admissions annual report contains the following information:

• Admission requirements
• Number of students that applied, admitted, and enrolled by gender
• Number of students submitting test scores and range of test scores submitted

12-Month Enrollment 2014-15, Uno Office Of Institutional Effectiveness

IPEDS 12-month Enrollment

The 12-Month Enrollment component collects unduplicated student enrollment counts and instructional activity data for an entire 12-month period. Using the instructional activity data reported, a full-time equivalent (FTE) student enrollment at the undergraduate and graduate level is estimated. Institutions with Doctor's-professional practice students will also report the FTE enrollment of those students. NCES uses the FTE enrollment to produce indicators such as expenses by function per FTE as reported in the IPEDS Data Feedback Report.

IMPACT Reports

This is an annual report of Instruction Matters: Purdue Academic Course Transformation (IMPACT). IMPACT was created in 2010, and is a large collaborative initiative on the Purdue West Lafayette campus involving multiple key partners across campus including the Office of the Provost, Center for Instructional Excellence (CIE), Information Technologies at Purdue (ITaP), Purdue Libraries, the Discovery Learning Research Center (DLRC), and Purdue Extended Campus (PEC). IMPACT works with instructors to redesign large enrollment, foundational courses with the aim of engaging students more fully in their learning and creating a more student-centered environment, with the expectation that this will improve student …
