A concise history of Frank Cortez Flores’ life blessings: Frank achieved, at the young age of 27, his first doctoral degree (later on two more doctoral – total: one academic and two vocational), three masters (MS, MA, & MPH) and two post-doctoral along a life time of bench and field research, visiting fellow, faculty member and volunteer health care provider, mainly in global underdeveloped countries.
