How Trinity Students' Time Use Affects Their Mental Health, Yini Xia

This study examined how Trinity Students’ time use affects their mental health. I collected the data through Qualtrics online survey software. The survey was initially distributed on February 7th, 2023, to 300 Trinity students via email, with follow-up reminders sent on February 15th and February 22nd. From this initial distribution, I received responses from 54 participants. I then distributed the survey to my classmates, gathering an additional 54 responses.
