Evaluation On Uncertainty Of Advantame In Syrups Determined By High Performance Liquid Chromatography, Lei De-Qing, Zhong Fei-Fei, Zhou Jin-Sha, Liu Bo, Wang Zi-Qian, Zhou Ya-Min

Food and Machinery

Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the uncertainty of determination by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) for the content of adevantame, a synthetic sweetener illegally added in syrup drugs. Methods: The sample is diluted with solvent, and the content of adevantame in the sample was determined by HPLC. Through the analysis of the factors affecting the uncertainty, such as the preparation of the reference solution, curve fitting, sample weighing, sample volumetric determination and instrument precision, the uncertainty was synthesized of each component, and the extended uncertainty is calculated. Results: The expanded uncertainty is 1.8 μg/mL. The influence …

Study On Extraction Process Of Methylated Catechin From Zijuan Tea By Response Surface Methodology, Li Yu-Qian, Gao Chuang-Chuang, Li Ming-Chao, Li Xiao-Lei, Hao Qian

Food and Machinery

Objective:optimizing the extraction process of methylated catechin from Zijuan tea. Methods:Using acid ethanol as extraction solvent, based on three single factor experiments, the extraction time, extraction temperature and liquid-solid ratio were used to investigate the interaction of the above three factors on the extraction rate of methylated catechin from Zijuan tea. Results:The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: extraction time 100 min, extraction temperature 75 ℃, solid-liquid ratio(m Zijuan tea∶VSolvent)1∶74(g/mL); under these conditions, the mass concentration of methylated catechin in the extract could reach 26.7 mg/g, and the relative error with the verification value was 1.48%.Conclusion:HPLC and …

Uncertainty Evaluation Of The Determination Of Vitamin C In Fruits And Vegetables By High Performance Liquid Chromatography, Wang Xia, Zhang Wei-Yi, Han Yi-Yi, Chen Mei-Lian, Feng Dong-Sheng May 2021

Uncertainty Evaluation Of The Determination Of Vitamin C In Fruits And Vegetables By High Performance Liquid Chromatography, Wang Xia, Zhang Wei-Yi, Han Yi-Yi, Chen Mei-Lian, Feng Dong-Sheng

Food and Machinery

To evaluate the uncertainty of the determination of vitamin C in fruits and vegetables by high performance liquid chromatography, a mathematical model was established to evaluate each uncertainty component, and the standard uncertainty and extended uncertainty of the synthesis were calculated. The results showed that the amounts of vitamin C in samples was 33.7 mg/100 g, and the expanded uncertainty was 1.4 mg/100 g (k=2). The uncertainties of the determination mainly come from the preparation of standard solution and the repeatability of determination.

Screening And Identification Of Biogenic Amine Degrading Strains, Du Xue, You Yan-Feng May 2020

Screening And Identification Of Biogenic Amine Degrading Strains, Du Xue, You Yan-Feng

Food and Machinery

Strains with biodegradability of biogenic amines were screened from lactic acid bacteria strains from different sources preserved in the laboratory, and their growth ability at different salt concentrations and pH values were determined. The results showed that three strains with the capability of degrading biogenic amines were screened out. Based on 16S rDNA sequence analysis, strain HM22 was identified as Lactobacillus fermentum, strain HM24 as Lactobacillus plantarum, and strain YF10042 as Enterococcus faecalis. Among them, Lactobacillus plantarum HM24 has the best degradation ability. The degradation rates of tryptamine, phenethylamine, putrescine, cadaverine, histamine, tyramine, spermidine and spermine are …

Study On The Preparation Of Tetracyline Magnetic Molecularly Imprinted Biochar Microspheres Based On Pickering Emulsion Polymerization, Ma Zhen-Zhen, He Jin-Xing, Zhao Tao, Zhao Xiao-Lei

Food and Machinery

In this study, magnetic molecularly imprinted biochar microspheres for specific adsorption of tetracylines (TCs) were prepared by Pickering emulsion polymerization using tetracyline (TC) as template and Fe3O4 and biochar as co-stabilizers. The adsorption properties of the imprinted microspheres for TC were studied by adsorption kinetics test, adsorption isothermal test, and selectivity adsorption test, exhibiting the excellent specific adsorption for TC with imprinting factor of 3.97. Further more, the imprinted materials were used as adsorbents for extraction and purification of TCs in real samples, and the content of TCs were detected through high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Under …
