A nonlinear analysis of a 3D icosahedron frame was conducted using ABAQUS, under a compressive load in which collapse occurs. The frame was created in SolidWorks using the material properties of the 3D plastic building material VeroBlue. Two considerations were made: the computational features of the frame, and the comparison between the experimental solution to the numerical solution.
