This Organizational Improvement Plan addresses key aspects of the overarching complexities of school administrators’ workload that has compromised and adversely affected their overall health, wellness, and well-being. Deep consideration of research on principal and vice principal well-being is explored, as their leadership affects and influences effective teacher instruction and optimal student learning and achievement.
