Maine Women's Basketball Media Guide, 1985-86, Department Of Public Information And Central Services

General University of Maine Publications

Women’s basketball, as an intercollegiate activity, had its beginning in the 1971-72 season, along with a number of other women’s sports. Unfortunately, there is no statistical compilation of the early days of women’s basketball until the 1975-76 season.
