The existence of occupational and specifically psychological occupational stress of early childhood education (ECE) professionals is well established. However, little qualitative research has been published describing the lived experience of psychological occupational stress in this setting. The aim of this study was to provide a deeper understanding of ECE professionals’ stress to better support their occupational health. This was accomplished through a secondary phenomenological analysis of interviews with ECE teachers (n=4) collected by the primary author for a larger study of professional development in ECE leadership. Background: Peer violence is common globally, but a little researched topic in low-and middle-income countries. This study presents the evaluation of a two-year randomized controlled trial of a structured play-based life-skills intervention implemented in schools in Hyderabad, Pakistan.
Objective: To determine the impact of the intervention on school-based peer violence (victimization and perpetration) and depression among school children.

Tujuan penelitian tersebut adalah untuk mengungkap secara komprehensif karakteristik psiko-logis atlet atletik PPLP Papua. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan subjek penelitian seluruh atlet atletik yang tergabung dalam PPLP Provinsi Papua berjumlah 20 (12 laki-laki dan 8 perempuan). The study is a continuation of a previous study that identifies sources of academic stress of students of EED-YSU. Data collection is conducted by an on-line survey technique. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of the effect between the Problem-Based Learning model using Peer assessment and the Problem-Based Learning model on student competencies. The study used a quantitative experimental approach at SMK Negeri 1 Sragen in class XI AK 4 as a control class and XI AK 5 as an experimental class. The population involved all XI Accounting class students totaling 160 students, while the sample consisted of 64 students divided into the experimental class and the control class. The results showed that the first hypothesis obtained Fcount data>Ftable or 5.214> 2.760 and sig values. 0.026 <0.05, then Ho is rejected, and Ha is accepted. Learning using the Problem-Based Learning model with Peer Assessment has an average value of 83.78, higher than the average value of the Problem-Based Learning model that is equal to 81.53. This study concludes that there are differences in the effect between the control class and the experimental class on student competence. The experimental class using the Problem-Based Learning Model using Peer Assessment is more effective than the control class using the Problem-Based Learning model.

Artikel bertujuan untuk mengungkap efektivitas penggunaan bahan ajar PPKn berdimensi penguatan pendidikan karakter dengan contoh kontekstual bagi Siswa SMP di kota Singkawang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen, yang berbentuk quasy experiment. Adapun objek penelitian ini adalah 61 peserta didik kelas VII pada SMP 13 & 19 Kota Singkawang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik pengukuran menggunakan alat tes tertulis. Adapun alat analisis yang digunakan adalah uji beda dengan menggunakan t-test. Hasil perhitungan t-test menunjukkan bahwa signifikansi = 0,00 <α 0,05, yang berarti bahwa terdapat perbedaaan hasil belajar antara hasil pre-test dengan hasil post-test secara signifikan, sementara dari hasil evaluasi lisan diketahui bahwa siswa mampu memberikan contoh dari empat jenis norma yang berlaku di lingkungan masyarakat secara variatif, serta mampu menunjukkan perilaku toleransi dalam keberagaman suku, agama, ras, dan antar golongan dalam bingkai Bhinneka Tunggal Ika yang ada di kota Singkawang. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan bahan ajar secara efektif berdampak terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar PPKn peserta didik SMP Kelas VII.
