The present study aimed to investigate the influence of both end-stage renal diseases (ESRD) and hypertension (HTN) on the various oral manifestations and periodontal condition, to evaluate and compare the oral manifestations and periodontal health status in hypertensive patients with ESRD versus control, and to explore any possible correlation of the oral findings with systemic disease status. This was a cross-sectional study which included two equal groups of patients, Group I were hypertensive patients with ESRD and Group II were hypertensive patients only.
