The purpose of this report is to summarize the findings of the pedestrian study conducted for Cooper Drive from Nicholasville Road to Sports Center Drive on the University of Kentucky Campus in Lexington, KY. This study was initiated by the University of Kentucky Parking and Transportation Services in response to high pedestrian crossing volumes on Cooper Drive. Cooper Drive is crossed daily by a large number of pedestrians to access the main campus from the stadium parking lot and Bluegrass Community and Technical College (BCTC).
