The objective of this research is to analyze the influence of person–organization fit (P-O fit) on work–family conflict (WFC) and job satisfaction (JS) relationships at Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Aceh Regional in Banda Aceh. The sample includes 127 employees, those who have worked more than two years. The data are collected via questionnaire. The equipment of data analysis is structural equation modeling (SEM), which proceeds using analysis of moment structure (AMOS). Organizational commitment is a psychological state that characterizes employee relationship with the organization. It has implication for the decision to continue membership in the organization. Employee with high commitment is a valuable asset in operating the company in order to maintain Company’s sustainability. This research proposes that organizational commitment is influenced by leadership style. The hypothesis is tested using data obtained from 60 respondents who work in Small and Medium enterprises in Depok. The results shows that transformational leadership style affects positively on affective commitment but it doesn’t affect normative commitment. Online Product Recommendations (OPRs) are increasingly available to online customers as a value-added self-service in evaluating and choosing a product. Women In Top Management And Bank Performance: Evidence From Indonesia, Hunik Sri Runing Sawitri, Wisnu Untoro, Irwan Trinugroho

The Indonesian Capital Market Review

We investigate the impact of the presence of women in top management on bank performance controlling for bank specific factors, ownership and governance. By making use of sample of 70 Indonesian banks in a cross section study, we find strong evidence that the presence of women in the executives is negatively associated with firm performance. Moreover, we examine the moderating effect of TMT organizational tenure and TMT age. However, only little evidence is found in the effect of our moderating variables.
