In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, there is a proposal to amend the Corporate Income Tax and Incentives Reform Act (CITIRA) into the Corporate Recovery and Tax Incentives for Enterprises Act (CREATE) Act. The proposed amendments are as follows: (a) An immediate five percentage point cut into the corporate income tax (CIT) rate starting July 2020; (b) Maintaining for up to nine years the status quo for registered business activities enjoying the 5% tax on gross income earned (GIE) incentive; and (c) More flexibility for the President to grant a combination of fiscal and non-fiscal incentives, which will be critical …

Coronavirus is a respiratory syndrome, a virus causing stern pneumonia in humans. The results of the Pandemic virus is high mortality, respiratory infections including the common cold, high fever etc. The main objective of the study is to explore the publications trends of CoronavCirus research by using R-Studio. Scopus database has been used to extract the bibliographic metadata of the publication between 2010 and April 2020. A total of 10515 documents were published across the globe on Coronavirus (Covid-19) during the assessment period under consideration. The result of the current study suggests that the earlier outbreak of Coronavirus were understudied. …

Policies that favor those with immunity to a contagious disease are a novel concept and have not been used in recent United States history. It is important to think about the legal and policy issues associated with banning employees without immunity to Covid-19 from the workplace and the appropriate balance between an individual’s right to work and the public health of the nation. In doing so, it is useful to compare these policies to immunization laws, mandatory retirement laws and the Americans with Disabilities Act.

The global spread of the Covid-19 pandemic in early 2020 impacted all 206 states set to compete in the Games of the XXXII Olympiad, originally scheduled to be hosted in Tokyo from July 24 to August 9, 2020. Even before the Olympic and Paralympic Games Tokyo 2020 were postponed to 2021, many of the National Olympic Committees were faced with government-imposed international and domestic travel restrictions, bans on qualifying competitions and tournaments, and even suspected infections among athletes qualified to compete in the Games.
